Here you go….. our provisional timetable!! This is a course of classes which builds over a 2 month period. Yes, the classes are 100% FREE, but we ask that you sign up for the whole course IF YOU INTEND TO COMPLETE IT, as there is already a huge demand for places. The classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, and will work on strength, conditioning, fat burning, mobility, core, and stamina.
Given the unpredictable nature of the Irish weather, we will opt for indoors at the outset. Only 10 spaces per class to ensure everyone gets a great workout so get in QUICK :)
